This may have been a good example of “grey-line DX” but in my case, I just see it as rare DX! This when you consider that I run barefoot with a G5RV Jr up about 20 ft at center feed and up to 35 ft at ends. Fifteen meters was still open at 8 PM ET local at this location. With the higher sunspot numbers lately, I am not surprised. This is the first time I have ever heard a signal from Gibraltar.
